Help! I what to know what I can do about server menopause symptoms?
I started Permpro today. I am scared of the meds. But I have been so nerves and many other thing I decided to try it. Anyone have any good things to say about HRT.

There are natural remedies out there that contain ingredients from mother nature such as Vitamin E,Black Cohosh, and Damaiana.( http://healthylivingrx.net/meno.html ) I would give those a try. I don’t know too much about Permpro, except some unwanted side effects I have heard from friends, but no first hand expirience.
