How long do menopause symptoms last?
I’ve had menopause symptoms for the past 1 1/2 years and I was just wondering approximately how much longer I was going to have them? The hot flashes, weight gain and mood swings are "killers" !!!

I hear you, some days it feels like they are never going to end. However, if anyone could answer that question for you they’d need a crystal ball. I think just trying different things to help relieve them can make all the difference. Have you ever tried yoga? It has really helped me.
